Heritage Park is a property development overlooking historic Birkenhead Park. Constructed throughout 2019 and 2020 the project saw the development and construction of 39 new homes. We worked with the developer ASI Birkenhead starting before the first spade hit the ground to plan a comprehensive marketing strategy starting with brand design and incorporating print, digital and PR. A very successful campaign, all the units in phase one sold during the initial construction phase.
We were a finalist at Northern Marketing Awards for our work with Heritage Park Homes.
